PERESTROIKA DECEPTION - SINO-SOVIET SCISSORS STRATEGY EXPLAINED.
Soviet Defector Mr. Anatoliy Golitsyn - New Lies for Old, 1984:
"Underlying all of these strategies is the fifth strategy, that of the disinformation program. The most important element of this program is the calculated Sino-Soviet split, which has enabled the two communist powers to pursue successfully the scissors strategy; that is, having complementary dual foreign policies, the close coordination of which is concealed from the West and which has thus far escaped detection by the West. It is this scissors strategy that has contributed significantly to all the other strategies."
Soviet Defector Mr. Anatoliy Golitsyn also says in the same work, New Lies for Old:
“The Advantages of Sino-Soviet Duality:
To sum up, the coordinated duality of Soviet and Chinese policies offers a number of advantages for communist strategy. It enables the communist bloc to retain the initiative, to open up new possibilities for maneuver, and to induce erroneous responses from its opponents. Where there are conflicts in the outside world, it enables the two communist partners, by taking opposite sides, to strengthen communist influence simultaneously over both parties to the dispute. It enables one partner to operate effectively in areas from which the other is excluded or deliberately excludes itself for tactical reasons.”
And what was the fundamental erroneous error that was induced via the STAGED Sino-Soviet split? It was America’s abandoning of its uniform anti-Communist element in its foreign policy. As Mr. Golitsyn records:
“The relationship with Communist China, initiated under Nixon and Kissinger and developed under Carter and Brzezinski, was carried to the point of military cooperation, under Reagan and Haig, with the intention of building up China as a counterweight to the Soviet Union. […] The Sino-Soviet scissors strategy has not been recognized for what it is.”

“The Communist strategic motive then was to involve President Nixon in political detente and accommodation simultaneously with China and the USSR, and to induce him, a leading exponent of anti-Communism, to abandon the anti-Communist element in US foreign policy.”
So in all, China pretended to oppose the Soviet Union in order to improve relations with the West. Kissinger then sold this to Nixon and future Presidents. He was the man who carried out this KGB objective.
Let’s take Kissinger by his own words:
“And so we concluded that probably the Soviets were the aggressors. Once that was established in our mind we concluded that in a conflict between two communist giants the rules of equilibrium which Americans usually don't recognize, but the rules of equilibrium required that we back the weaker against the stronger. It's no great insight for Britishers but in America that is not the way foreign policy is usually perceived. And then we started from then on we started moving actively and took measures to find means of contact with the Chinese.”

“In July 1971, Henry Kissinger made a then-secret diplomatic mission to the People’s Republic of China. Looking to take advantage of the Sino-Soviet Split, his purpose was to open up a second front against the USSR.”

Fast forward, Mr. Golitsyn warned that the alliance between Russia & China (or the Sino-Soviet reconciliation), is the final step before communist confrontation with the West:
"After successful use of the scissors strategy in the early stages of the final phase of policy, to assist communist strategy in Europe & the 3rd World & over disarmament, a Sino-Soviet reconciliation could be expected. The communist strategists might be persuaded that the balance had swung irreversibly in their favour & in that event, might well decide on a Sino-Soviet reconciliation. The element of apparent duality in Soviet & Chinese policies will disappear. The hitherto concealed coordination between them will become visible & predominant. The scissors strategy would give way to the strategy of ONE CLENCHED FIST to provide the foundation & driving force of a world communist federation. At that point the shift in the political & military balance would be plain for all to see. The argument for accommodation with the overwhelming strength of communism would be virtually unanswerable.”
28th June 2021: Russia, China Extend Treaty, Hail Ties:
"The leaders of China and Russia on Monday announced the extension of a 20-year-old friendship treaty, hailing increasingly close ties and the stabilizing role' of their relationship.
The past several years have marked a period of intensified cooperation for Moscow and Beijing as the two global powers face common tensions with the United States.
The two countries have developed economic, military, and energy ties while supporting each other on a number of issues, especially when faced with criticism from the West.
Putin said the friendship treaty has brought relations to an 'UNPRECEDENTED HEIGHT" and that in February 2022 it will be extended for another five years.
He hailed the accord — which he signed in 2001 with China's former president Jiang Zemin — as a 'fundamental international legal document' and said that Russia-China cooperation 'plays a stabilizing role in global affairs.'
'As the world has entered a period of turbulence and change, and humanity faces various risks, close Sino-Russian cooperation brings positive energy to the international community,' Xi said."
Russia & China signed a cooperation agreement for a MULTIPOLAR world in 1997.
"A summit meeting between Russian president Boris Yeltsin & Chinese leader Jiang Zemin concluded yesterday, with the issuance of a joint declaration on a 'MULTIPOLAR WORLD & the formation of a NEW INTERNATIONAL ORDER.' The document reiterates the commitment of Moscow & Beijing to a long-term strategic partnership & formalizes their intention to work jointly in the creation of a Post-Cold War world order.
The declaration also describes the CIS 'as an important factor of stability and development in EURASIA.' In a thinly-veiled swipe at the U.S. & NATO, the document condemns what it suggests are hegemonic efforts to 'monopolize international affairs' as well as efforts to create military blocs."

Perestroika deception wires a hidden communism in the surrounding of the West.
“The script is being peddled to culmination in a WW3 of ‘liberation’ of a ‘Sovietised’ West by the East. As with the ‘liberation’ from Nazism in WW2 by the Soviet Union (via the decoy of Nazi Generalplan Ost), the synagogue are giving us another liberation script in mask of imposing despotic control, this time on the entire West. Hence, given in mask of the Perestroika Deception, communism was never dissolved, this will in eventual synthesis give the synagogue control of the entire world. In fact communism was not only not dissolved, but in hidden form it has been strategically extended in influence through Russian and Chinese multi-locking alliances such as the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation, the BRICS nations (linking to the Union of S. American nations), the China-South Asia Cooperation Forum, the Forum on China–Africa Cooperation and the Chinese New Belt Road initiatives. In influence in Central American, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Panama and the Dominican Republic even officially recognise Taiwan as part of China. Hence, the West is virtually surrounded and all this to plan. As Stalin said in 1939: “The withering away of the state, the precondition for the classless society, could not be entertained as a possibility until the encirclement of socialism by capitalism had been changed to the encirclement of capitalism by socialism. That is to say, until those conditions had been established which would assure world-wide Soviet domination.”
