When the Israelites came to Israel, they did not then inherit the Keinite, Kenizzite & Kadmonite lands.

In contrast to these prophecies of wrath, we find in the prophets that the Gentiles will turn to the good, worship the Lord together and help the people of Israel.
From all this it follows that the reality of the Gentiles will remain even after redemption. They will be corrected & reach their perfection. Maimonides even defines the correction of the general world as one of the actions of the Messianic King - 'and he will fix the whole world to worship God together.'
Then evil will be cut off from the world & the kingdom of God will be revealed throughout the whole world.
But one must of course distinguish between mere Gentiles & the wicked nations and enemies of G-d. The first will be corrected at the coming of redemption, will be integrated into the 'NEW WORLD ORDER' and will fulfill the role that G-d has set for them within creation.
This is what was said in Tanna-Debi-Eliyahu , in response to the question of whether "there are Gentiles for the days of Ben-David." Elijah replied: "All the nations and all the kingdoms that tortured Israel and pressured them, will see the joy of Israel, and will be sorry and angry in their hearts. And then they will go to their dust, and never return ... Those who did not pressure Israel will be in joy and become the wine farmers and grape growers to Israel."
It is further explained that even the revenge that G-d will do in red will not be an 'old reckoning'. These will receive their punishment during redemption, and thus God will fulfill what he promised to avenge against the Egyptians and His enemies.”
